What you agree to when you order, in the fewest words that will do.
Who you are buying from
PixelKraft, a 3D-printing studio in India, GSTIN 09AAZPB2359N1ZY. Everything sold here is printed by us, in our own studio.
Prices
Every price on this site is in Indian rupees and includes all taxes and delivery anywhere in India. The figure on the listing is the figure you pay. Where a listing declares a maximum retail price, we will not sell above it.
Prices change as filament and electricity do. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
Ordering
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes an agreement when we accept it and begin printing — which is also the point after which it cannot be cancelled. If we cannot make your piece, we will say so and refund you in full rather than substitute something else.
What a photograph shows
Product photographs are of a printed example, not of the piece you will receive — yours does not exist until you order it. Colour varies a little between spools, and screens differ. The size and weight on the listing are the reliable figures.
Delivery, returns and your data
Covered separately in the shipping, returns and privacy policies. Those pages form part of these terms. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
Complaints
Write to support@thepixelkraft.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
Changes
We update these terms as the studio changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
