Shipping & delivery

Nothing here sits on a shelf. Your piece starts printing after you order it, which is what sets the timings below.

How long before it is dispatched

Three to five working days from the order. That covers the print itself, cooling, cleaning up the piece and packing it.

A large piece, or several pieces in one order, can take longer. So can a print that fails partway and has to be started again, which happens, and is the reason the window is a few days rather than one. If your order is going to fall outside it, we will write and tell you before the window is up rather than after.

What shipping costs

Nothing. Delivery anywhere in India is included in the price on the listing, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.

Where we ship

Anywhere in India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

Tracking

When your order leaves the studio we email the courier and the tracking number. Delivery is usually two to six days after that, depending on how far it is going.
